The National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) has invited entries for Indian Panorama 2026, the official selection programme of the 57th International Film Festival of India (IFFI). The showcase celebrates outstanding Indian feature and non-feature films and provides a platform for their screening at IFFI, international film festivals, Indian film weeks and other non-commercial events in India and abroad.

This year's Indian Panorama will comprise four sections: up to 26 feature films, 21 non-feature films, five debut feature films and New Horizons, a section for films making their world, international, Asia or India premiere. The programme also continues its focus on recognising emerging filmmakers through the Best Debut Director category.

Selected films will screen at IFFI 2026 in Goa. In addition, up to three feature films from Indian Panorama may be recommended for the festival's International Competition, while debut films remain eligible for the Best Debut Director Award.

Online applications close on 10 August 2026 at 6:00 PM IST, while the signed hard copy of the application and supporting material must reach NFDC by 17 August 2026 at 6:00 PM IST.
