The River to River Florence Indian Film Festival has opened its final submission window for the 26th edition of the festival, inviting entries from filmmakers until 1 September 2026. The festival will be held from 3 to 8 December 2026 at Cinema La Compagnia in Florence, Italy, under the patronage of the Embassy of India.
The festival is accepting feature films, short films and documentaries completed in 2025 and 2026 that are from or about India.
Eligibility
To qualify for selection, films must:
- Be completed in 2025 or 2026
- Be a feature film, short film or documentary
- Be from or about India
- Have their Italian premiere at the festival
- Not be available on OTT platforms before the festival
